The new Steele ROaR Die — Engineered for the 120 AEX
We engineered the ROaR die to handle the output of the Steele 120 AEX extruder. It combines the efficiency and flexibility of the Steele L-Die with newly designed internal geometry.
The result is greatly improved column balance and machine efficiency. This die can output more than 120 TPH of consistent, high-quality brick, block or tile.
Easier operation, better lubrication and simpler maintenance

The L-Short Die offers the flexibility and innovation of the L-Die, with a minimum-length die assembly well suited for many extrusion mixes.
The Steele L-Utility Die
For utility brick and extrusion profiles up to 14 inches (356mm)
The L-Utility Die gives you the innovations and flexibility of our L-Die, in a design that handles larger extrusion profiles. We offer multiple shaper cap options — ceramic, tool steel and our high chrome iron alloy — in one and two-piece designs.
The standard mid-base liner blanks have a custom front opening, size-cut to your specifications.
The updated V-2 Dual-Channel Die Oil Pump
- New SEW MOVIMOT® motor with on-board VFD for worldwide use (requires 3-phase power)
- Three different relays work with all clutch requirements
- Updated plumbing improves lubricant flow to both pump heads
- Small keypad with digital readout adjusts motor speed (mount in any location for easy access)
V-1 Oil System
- Maintains specified oil volume and pressure without high-pressure pulses
