A machine fails and production stops. How long does the OEM take to help you get back online?

We can be on-site faster, thanks to our new virtual service center in Statesville, North Carolina. Steele virtual service technicians can now see your machines and share their expertise, using a new remote assistance platform with augmented reality software.

This is the industry’s fastest response to unplanned downtime. It also gives you virtual on-site support for diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, equipment audits and inspections. If our technicians need to be on site, they know what they’re walking into.

How our virtual service calls work

Log in with your mobile or tablet to connect with your Steele virtual service technician. Show us the machine you’re working on and we’ll start troubleshooting.

We can zoom in for closeups of your machines, take hi-res snapshots and share files. Your Steele virtual service technician can pull up machine drawings, lubrication charts, technical service bulletins and support videos. We can also mark up images in multiple file formats, zeroing in on specific parts and moving through the steps to start running again.

On-site support for all of your Steele machinery

Working together, we can guide you through troubleshooting for Steele’s crushing and grinding, feeding, mixing and extrusion machinery. Your virtual service call works the same way as a traditional service call — the only difference is we’re there instantly, without the travel time and expense.

We can also provide virtual on-site consulting and training support, when department cuts or retirements leave you short-handed.
